I purchased a Lady Gouldian Finch Pin from this Albert Weiss online jeweler on January 22nd as a Valentine present for my wife. After waiting several weeks without receiving it I started sending several messages on the website regarding non-receipt asking for a shipper and tracking number. With no response and no phone number or address to call or mail Albert Weiss I couldn’t do any further follow up suggested by PayPal so I filed a dispute with them. The time window has now passed and PayPal automatically closed the dispute today, March 15, IN FAVOR OF THE SELLER! I’m out $52, have canceled my PayPal account and will ask CitiBank to try to recover the $52 from PayPal. Jeffrey Levy, who received the $52 for this unshipped item, is $52 richer and I have a VERY DISSAPOINTED wife who, for the first time in our 53 years of marriage, didn’t get a Valentine gift.
Recommendation: avoid this seller and go elsewhere fir your jewelry!
